New In 2012! We have added Organza Ribbon Shields to our worship instruments. They are 6.5" x 34-36". The shields are made with a combination of hand-dyed or solid dyed silk, China Silk, polyester, or tissue lame, and various organza ribbons and trims. Each shield is unique as the trims will be different for each one.
The round shape of the shields symbolizes God, Who is without beginning and without end, and Who is our shield ~ "But Thou, O Lord, art a shield about me." (Ps. 3:3) It is also symbolic of the round shields of King David's army spoken of in Songs 4:4.

The Scriptures have much to say about shields: There is the shield of salvation and the shield of faith; there are invisible shields that protect God's servants on the earth ~ Luke 4:29,30. The following shields are decorated and named for an aspect of God's Kingdom: His Son, His attributes, His church, His creation, and His Word.
